I have completed 3 certificate IV's and now a Diploma of Community Services with Aspire, Donna Bailey my trainer for the Diploma was very helpful, nothing was too much for her, however many emails I sent with queries and questions she answered promptly and informatively. Completing the CHC43515 Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer Work, with Aspire to Succeed was an absolute pleasure. Even though the course is designed to run for a year, I was able to work completely at my own pace and finish it within four months, which suited me perfectly. The support I received throughout the course was incredible. Sarah, who ran the Zoom sessions, was especially helpful, always patient, always encouraging, and always willing to guide me through anything I needed. The Zoom calls were interactive, engaging, and made the whole experience feel personal rather than overwhelming.
