AIN _ Support Worker
Enable Home Care Services is looking for an AIN to join our team. We work in the Community with Aged Care and DVA clients, with over 100 clients in the Moreton Bay region. Ongoing Casual Hours - Temp Role - Competitive Hourly Rate minimum 12 hrs per week - small business - operating for over 25yrs Duties & Responsibilities: • One-on one support as per individual ndis Plan or Support Plan • People seeking support with personal care, health care and hygiene in areas such as dressing, making their bed, tidying room etc. • Assisting people seeking support to develop community skills by facilitating their participation in budgeting, shopping, cooking assistance and management of room. • Supporting people to keep themselves and their environments safe, clean and healthy. • Ensuring health care activities are addressed, such as taking medications or attending medical appointments.
