Enable Home Care Services is looking for an AIN to join our team. We work in the Community with Aged Care and DVA clients, with over 100 clients in the Moreton Bay region. Your duties will included on a day to day basis - Personal Care - all aspects from High to Low needs - Social Supports - Light cleaning (we have our own cleaner but may need to assist some clients with washing up etc) - Transports to Medical Appointments Requirements - Manual handling - hoists, transfers etc - First Aid and CPR Certificates - Blue Card and Yellow Card - Police Check - Insurances - ABN

Admin all rounder - learn all aspects of the Aged Care and DVA industry. The main jobs roles will be - assisting Care Coordinators with ongoing tasks - liaising with clients and staff - assisting with rostering - general day to day admin duties Enable is a small down to earth team that works to achieve the best outcomes for our clients. We have over 100 clients in the Moreton Bay area and we are looking for an office star to join our team. This role can potentially lead to a Care Coordinator role for the right person.

Ongoing Casual Hours - Temp Role - Competitive Hourly Rate minimum 12 hrs per week - small business - operating for over 25yrs Duties & Responsibilities: • One-on one support as per individual ndis Plan or Support Plan • People seeking support with personal care, health care and hygiene in areas such as dressing, making their bed, tidying room etc. • Assisting people seeking support to develop community skills by facilitating their participation in budgeting, shopping, cooking assistance and management of room. • Supporting people to keep themselves and their environments safe, clean and healthy. • Ensuring health care activities are addressed, such as taking medications or attending medical appointments. Clear instructions should be provided by the person seeking support to enable you to undertake this work. • Maintaining social, vocational and community activities, as well as developing relationships in the wider community. • Assistance with external social support, outings and community access. • Assistance in the development of care plans in conjunction with the person seeking support or their representative.
