CHC43115 Certificate IV in Disability

This qualification reflects the role of workers in a range of community settings and clients’ homes, who provide training and support in a manner that empowers people with disabilities to achieve greater levels of independence, self-reliance, community participation, and wellbeing. Workers promote a person-centred approach, work without direct supervision and may be required to supervise and/or coordinate a small team.

To achieve this qualification, the candidate must have completed at least 120 hours of work as detailed in the Assessment Requirements of the units of competency.

$1400 – Full Fee (Current COVID special $100 per unit)

$1200 – Self-Directed/Online (Current COVID special)

  • Training. This disability course focuses on intensive training to ensure that the potential worker can carry out the necessary duties to aid their clients . These clients   may be frail and  struggle with daily tasks , such as dressing themselves. Our training ensures that you are trained to help your  clients and teach them to empower themselves and encourage them to maintain their independence.  Your role is to ensure their mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing while strengthening them each day using the training we provided.
  • Funding. We know that a lack of funding often hampers dreams. If you intend to acquire a certificate through us, take comfort in the fact that there are funding options available. You can select between a funded and a non-funded course. To obtain a Certificate IV in Disability Government – Funded, there is a state government option. If you are deemed eligible, your studies will be partially subsidised as you are still responsible for a portion of your course.
  • Practical experience. Before receiving your certificate, you need to demonstrate 120 hours of work to be successfully assessed and deemed competent. This practical experience is critical as it prepares you for your job once you have acquired your certificate.
