  • Practical Skills: One day attendance (9:30 AM – 2:30 PM) required to be assessed using manual task equipment

  • Locations: Caboolture, Chinchilla, or Kingaroy
  • Course Fee: $80 (Full Fee)
  • Payment: Due within 14 days of enrolling
  • Certification: Statement of Attainment issued upon successful completion (certificate will not be issued if fees are outstanding)

  • All required equipment is provided on-site

Additional Course Information

Manual Handling Equipment Used

Participants must be physically able to undertake manual handling tasks. You will be required to:

  • Reposition a real person using slide sheets
  • Operate a battery-powered sling hoist
  • Use a battery-powered standing hoist
  • Operate a manual standing aid (Sara Stedy)
