    The CHC43415 Certificate IV in Leisure and Health is a nationally recognised qualification for workers who design, deliver and evaluate engaging leisure and wellbeing programs in aged care, disability and community settings.     You'll learn how to assess client needs, develop and run group and individual lifestyle programs, support people living with dementia, work with diverse communities, and apply lifespan development and sociological concepts to programming. The course also covers safe work practices, communication and reflective practice for ongoing professional growth.

    Workers in this role typically operate under direct or indirect supervision within organisational guidelines while taking responsibility for their own outputs. To achieve the qualification, you must complete at least 120 hours of work as a lifestyle or activity assistant.
