This qualification indicates the role of entry-level community services workers who assist individuals by granting person-centred services. Work may include day-to-day support of individuals in community environments or support the implementation of particular community-based programs.
At this level, work takes position under others’ direction, and supervision may be direct or indirect. Work may take a position in a range of community services organisations.
