  • Qualification for the CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support is for those working in the community and/or in a residential setting providing person-centred support to people who are ageing, have a disability or other circumstances that would require them to need regular assistance.
  • Qualification for the CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support is for those who want a role as a support worker completing specialised tasks and functions in aged services in residential, home, or community-based locations. These workers may have leadership roles and some responsibility for the organisation and output of others.
  • The CHC43415 Certificate IV in Leisure and Health is available in both the aged care and disability sectors. . This qualification allows the students to get jobs that will enable them to participate in designing, implementing and evaluating  tasks and functions specifically for leisure, health activities, and programmes  in residential facilities and/or in community agencies and day centres.
  • It is a prerequisite to complete a minimum of 120 hours of work, as detailed in the Assessment Requirements,  to achieve these qualifications.

  • We have a nationally accredited course focusing on infection prevention and control policies and procedures and implementing standard and transmission-based precautions in contemporary settings and workplaces.
  • Our cleaning course offers two certifications in cleaning operations. The first certificate covers tasks that are mainly routine and repetitive and provides a foundation for further learning and cleaning roles in settings such as health care and social assistance, accommodation and food services, and education and training. The more advanced certificate follows on the first one and equips the student with the skills to operate in an assortment of residential, commercial, and specialist cleaning environments.
  • We provide two levels of certification in laundry operations.. Certificate II equips the student with the skills and knowledge to conduct operational and support functions within a laundry business as a laundry operator. Certificate III provides the skills to perform supervisory roles, technical tasks and multi-skilled roles within a commercial laundry environment.
