When Can You Enrol?
We take ongoing enrolments into our courses, so you can enrol and commence when you are ready. Taking ongoing enrolments allows a student to commence their studies when it best suits their lifestyle and goals.
- Face to Face classes – These are scheduled annually, and students join the class in alignment with the schedule
- Distance/Self-Paced – Students have access to weekly Zoom classes, online resources and additional support via email or phone call
- Traineeship – These are delivered in the workplace as scheduled with the employer.
- Individual Units (Medication/Manual Handling) – These are delivered as per site schedule. Please contact the site to confirm.
- SQW (Skilling QLDs for Work) – These programs run to set schedules as determined by the SQW community provider
*We are not a CRICOS RTO and are not able to enrol VISA 500 students or anyone on a Student VISA.*
How Can I Access Support Services?
Our team are here to support you throughout your journey.
- Admin Team: Our offices are open during business hours to provide support to students requiring administrative support.
- Trainers: All students are provided with the trainer details upon enrolment. Trainers’ days may vary, and students are advised of trainer availability when commencing the course.
- Support: Student support days are held at Caboolture, Kilcoy and Kingaroy weekly. You can also book in 1-1 zoom or phone support sessions with your allocated trainer.
- Outside Business Hours: For contact outside of business hours, it is recommended to contact us via email.
What About Existing Skills?
All students have the opportunity to provide evidence to support prior skills and learning.
- Credit Transfer (CT): This is granted for exact unit codes or equivalent outcomes. Certificates and/or Statement of Attainments along with your USI Transcript are required to grant CT.
- Recognised Prior Learning (RPL): This is offered to all students who can demonstrate current, reliable and authentic evidence to support their knowledge and skills in the workplace. RPL is demonstrated at a unit level, and students are required to meet the unit requirements.
Prior to enrolment, our team will discuss CT and RPL with you and together we can identify any opportunities there are to recognise your prior skills and knowledge.
